Oleh itu, saya rasa tidak menjadi kesalahan untuk mengamalkan coral pemakanan yang kita semua lakukan sekarang kecuali jika terjumpa NAS dan DALIL yang SAH tentang apa yang rasul kita lakukan. Oleh itu anggapah artikel ini sebagai artikel semata- mata kerana ianya telah pun tersebar luas. Baginda juga turut membawa perkara yang boleh disifatkan sebagai penyempurna akhlak manusia (makarimal akhlak). Di antara perbuatan Rasulullah yang perlu diikuti dan hayati bersama adalah dari aspek etika diet Rasulullah ataupun tatacara pemakanan sihat Rasulullah SAW. Walau bagaimanapun, bercampuran makanan ini (antara makanan darat dan makanan laut) tidaklah boleh dianggap haram apabila dimakan bersama cuma ia mungkin membahayakan kesihatan.* Nabi Muhammad SAW pernah melarang para sahabat dan umat manusia daripada makan ikan bersama susu kerana ia akan menyebabkan si pemakan mudah untuk mendapat penyakit. Berikutan perkara sedemikian, para ilmuan nutrisi telah membuat kajian dan menemukan keputusan bahawa dalam makanan darat mempunyai ion+(Positive Ions) sedangkan dalam makanan laut mempunyai ion- (Negetive Ions), jika kedua- dua jenis makanan ini bercampur maka akan terjadinya tindakbalas biokimia (Biochemical reactions) yang aktif dalam tubuh sekaligus mampu menyebabkan perut dan usus rosak dengan teruk.* Al- Quran mengajar manusia untuk mandi sebelum subuh, sekurang- kurangnya sejam sebelum matahari terbit.
